I decided to have a go at making my own hot cross buns this year, figuring it wouldn't be too hard given that I make bread nearly every week anyway. It wasn't, and it was well worth the effort, as the buns are delicious: nice and fruity and spicy.Tomorrow we have a little egg hunt planned; we'll see how that goes (and the concept of sharing the loot!).
